    A: Essentially SaleMaster is a set of e-business solutions, designed to build custom online shops. Please check our overview page for more information.

    A: In a very simplified way - Yes. SaleMaster is a set of solutions designed for various parts of internet trade. With these solutions can be built a variety of internet shops you wouldn't think have anyting in common. Please check our overview page for more information.
  • Q: Can we use SaleMaster with non-english language?
    A: While SaleMaster is presented here in english it can easily be translated to other languages. It can be even made to work with unlimited number of languages at the same time allowing visitors to select their language of use or even selecting a language automatically for users from different zones. This is not in the standard package but we've done it already and we have the technology.

Usage and Management

  • Q: How is the system managed?
    A: You can manage SaleMaster through an extensive administrative section. You only need an web browser for that. You can see a live demo of this administrative backend on our live demos page.
  • Q: How many categories/items can we add to SaleMaster?
    A: There are no limits as how many categories and items you will add to the system. You can add as many as you want and organize them in the way you want.
  • Q: Can we receive online payments with that store?
    A: Yes that's one of the features of the system. SaleMaster supports several popular internet payment gateways like PayPal, Nochex, PROTX, Barclay Bard... Also the system can be linked to any other internet payment service you wish. Furthermore you can use single or multiple payment services at the same time falicitating your custommers to pay you with their preferred provider.
  • Q: Do we get feedback in the system when an order has been paid for?
    A: Yes. As long as it is supported by the payment gateway you use you will receive full order tracking. You will receive confirmation about the payment and billing address. This is done in a secure layer.
  • Q: Can we import our inventory from our wholesale distributor's database?
    A: As long as your distributor provides such information it can be imported in SaleMaster. It could be a data file or a web service .. we can make it work.
  • Q: Is there support for shipping services?
    A: SaleMaster allowas you to setup your shipping services with a variety of settings. You can setup unlimited number of services. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on these settings in the cart.
