The catalogue supports unlimited levels of categories in single or multiple hiearchies.
The products database is fully searchable and supports unlimited number of products.
Sorting based on arbitrary criteria is also supported.
Each product description allows for great details in several sections and will be adjusted
to properly display the features of your speciffic products.
Product relations are also supported allowing the marketing of accessories and consumables
for your products. You can link multiple products allowing your custommers to choose from
multiple choices or packages.
The catalogue also supports featured items in each category allowing you to accent
on certain items and display them on top of the product list, just like on ebay and search engines.
SaleMaster shopping cart is extremely easy to use while maintaining
all required features. Users can add items to the cart, remove items from
the cart, change the number of items of certain type, group items of the same type,
impose stock restrictions where needed, select delivery service and calculate shipping fees.
Our shopping cart automatically creates and tracks a secure order for each user
session when items are requested. All the details needed are saved in the database.
No client side scripting is ever used like in other solutions imposing security risks.
This cart allows custommers to be sent to checkout without any tedious overhead.
SaleMaster solutions feature an extensive shipping costs calculator.
Multiple delivery services are supported. For each service you can have multiple size/weight
clasess allowing you to set different policies for different packagings.
You can set base cost, flat surcharges, overweight surcharges and discounts
for each service/weight class.
SaleMaster solutions support 3 modes - no online payments, single payment gateway
and multiple payment gateways.
Our shopping cart system automatically generates order records. When the custommer decides
to proceed to checkout a payment service gateway is choosen and the custommer is assisted to
escrow the appropriate amount.
SaleMaster payment gateway integration allows for secure payment tracking and notification.
If desired automatical stock tracking and automatic invoice generation processes apply.
Records are kept for all payments performed and their association with speciffic orders. In the normal
way of work no sensitive custommer data is kept to comply with privacy norms.

The backbone of each SaleMaster based solution is the administration backend application.
The administration backend application allows for management of the catalogue and
rules (like shipping services) as well as order and payment tracking. It employs
common interfaces for database management and reporting.
Each inventory can be managed and browsed through a fast and powerfull
interface with complex features like advanced filtering and bulk management functions.
In SaleMaster orders are automatically created by the shopping cart.
After an order is created it is tracked in the database through all
stages until delivery confirmation and then it's archived.
Orders are persistent in SaleMaster, which allows for reliable tracking of
ownership, order stages and payments. You see track order details,
custommer contact info, payment details and all types of related data.
There is also a template driven mailing feature allowing you to send confirmation and feedback emails to custommers.
There are also mainternance routines allowing you to purge incomplete orders and cleanup the database.
Salemaster allows for stock tracking on several levels of the platform.
Stock tracking safety features can be enabled in the shopping cart and the catalogue.
Also stock can be tracked after each sale is made thus ensuring actual stock levels.
Stock tracking is optional as many businesses cannot track or do not need stock levels.
